Finding the home is just the beginning. Once the initial offer has been negotiated, next comes the home inspection. I will guide you through this process, and make certain that any issues that arise are fully addressed.
Following any negotiated repairs or price concessions, there will be much more I will be following up on, and all the way through to the closing date when you will officially own your home!
