A Bit About Me
I was born and raised right here in Seattle, and attended the local public schools. I have always been drawn to real estate in one way or another.
As a child, I was often involved in various home remodeling projects with my father. He wore a suit and tie to work, but on the weekends he enjoyed working with his hands. I enjoyed our projects together and learned the basics.
After my college days I decided to finally do what I really wanted. I always enjoyed the varied aspects of real estate. So I completely immersed and dedicated myself to real estate education. Then, in a warm August I helped a nice couple purchase their first home here in Seattle. It gave me pleasure to see the buyers so happy about their new place.
Helping that first couple clinched it for me. For more than twenty years now I’ve been helping people purchase and sell real estate. I consider educating my buyer and seller clients to be part of my job and responsibility. Then my clients can make better informed decisions.
For buyers, whether you are an experienced home seller or a first time buyer, I will customize my services for you specifically. Finding the right home to live in and enjoy for many years, while also being a good investment is my expertise.
For sellers, I have extensive marketing knowledge and focus on staging, photography, and “getting the word out” about your home. The more people that know about all of its wonderful features the better.
I have an investment background, and have personally purchased, extensively remodeled, and sold many homes. This has given me a great deal of knowledge about home remodeling, new construction, hiring contractors, scheduling, finance, and all the various aspects involved. And by having this experience, it can greatly help you, as a buyer or seller.
I find helping others achieve their real estate goals to be personally fulfilling and adds additional meaning and purpose to my life. This is one reason why I always strive for excellence in representing my clients.

Living in Seattle all my life, and having more than two decades of real estate experience, I am very familiar with most neighborhoods. I would be more than happy to meet you in your neighborhood.
Though some people come and go in this town, my wonderful wife and I will always live right here, in this jewel by the sea – Seattle.
